Connect2Hackney is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Disabled Children Service on a 12-month contract in London. You will contribute to high-quality assessments, safeguarding interventions, and care planning for children with disabilities and their families.
You will work in a well-resourced team, using STAR practice and holistic approaches to assess development, parenting capacity, and family circumstances, while coordinating with schools, health services and partner agencies.
