Make a real difference to learners with SEND across our Campus. Are you passionate about improving outcomes for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the confidence to navigate statutory processes while building strong, collaborative relationships?

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our inclusive provision; ensuring our learners receive the right support, at the right time.

As an EHCP Coordinator, you will lead the coordination and quality assurance of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the Group. You'll work within statutory frameworks while taking a practical, solution-focused approach to supporting curriculum teams and removing barriers for learners. This is a varied and impactful role. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full EHCP cycle, including assessments, reviews, and amendments
  • Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory timelines
  • Working closely with Local Authorities, parents/carers, and external professionals
  • Chairing annual reviews and other multi-agency meetings with confidence
  • Collaborating with curriculum and support teams to deploy resources effectively
  • Supporting staff development and contributing to SEND training
  • Using evidence and data to inform decisions and improve student outcomes

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with excellent people skills. You'll be confident, organised, and able to build trust quickly with a wide range of stakeholders.

You will bring:

  • Experience working in SEND/ALS (FE experience is welcome but not essential)
  • A strong understanding of EHCP processes and relevant legislation
  • Confidence in chairing meetings and managing complex caseloads
  • The ability to make clear, evidence-based decisions

This role supports provision across our campuses in Luton, Watford and Hemel Hempstead. You can be based at any of these sites, with some travel required.
