Make a real difference to learners with SEND across our Campus. Are you passionate about improving outcomes for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the confidence to navigate statutory processes while building strong, collaborative relationships? We are looking for a proactive and highly organised EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team. This is a key role that sits at the heart of our inclusive provision; ensuring our learners receive the right support, at the right time.
As an EHCP Coordinator, you will lead the coordination and quality assurance of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across the Group. You will work within statutory frameworks while taking a practical, solution-focused approach to supporting curriculum teams and removing barriers for learners. This is a varied and impactful role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full EHCP cycle, including assessments, reviews, and amendments
- Ensuring compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and statutory timelines
- Working closely with Local Authorities, parents/carers, and external professionals
- Chairing annual reviews and other multi-agency meetings with confidence
