Location: Dudley

Job Purpose: Lead all resident engagement activities, co-design, consultation and scrutiny initiatives to ensure residents influence decision-making at all levels. You will build strong relationships with residents and key stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards, particularly the Transparency, Influence s Resident Engagement Strategy, ensuring resident feedback leads to measurable improvements to service design and delivery.
