Legal Assistant

Job Title: Legal Assistant Contract: Temporary, 3 months initial Location: Council House, Dudley Role Summary: The role is for a Legal Assistant in Legal Services\’ Child Protection, Adult Social Care and Education Team. The successful applicant will primarily assist in the case management of public law child protection cases for the Directorate of People – Children\’s Services, which are heard in the Family Court and High Court. The role involves assisting Legal Executives and Solicitors in dealing with the large amounts of case management work currently being handled by the Team, including requesting and redacting sensitive documentation and processing electronic bundles used for Court.
