About the Role

We are seeking a flexible and committed professional to join our Integrated Early Years\’ Service as a Cluster Co-ordinator on a temporary basis (3 days per week) until March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to children and families in Dudley by supporting high-quality early education and care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a cluster team but with flexibility across the whole area in response to need to deliver outstanding early years provision across maintained and non-maintained settings.
Support and challenge providers to improve outcomes for all children, with a particular focus on vulnerable groups and those with SEND.
Work flexibly across the clusters, responding to emerging needs and deploying resources where they will have the greatest impact.
Provide professional advice, training, and support to schools, settings, and governing bodies.
Analyse data and report on outcomes, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and best practice is shared.
Build strong partnerships with families, providers, and external agencies to promote school readiness and resilience.About You

Significant experience in early years education, including work within Local Authority and SEND contexts.
A strong understanding of universal early years services and the challenges facing children and families.
Flexible, creative, and resilient, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Committed to equality, diversity, and safeguarding.Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and evidence of continued professional development.
Enhanced DBS clearance.
Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings if required.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes. xiskglj
