An opportunity has arisen for a business support officer to come and join our Adolescent Safeguarding Support Team. Business Support plays an integral role in enabling social workers to keep children's files accurate and up to date. With the assistance provided by business support, social workers can focus more on their core responsibilities and ensure that every child's records are maintained properly. This collaborative approach not only streamlines our processes but also makes a real difference in ensuring we provide the best possible service for children and young people.

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as we work in a time-sensitive environment; therefore, the ability to identify and progress referrals to the right person in a timely manner is essential to the role.

About the Role
  • Answer phone calls from the public and professionals.
  • Minute meetings and workbooks.
  • Correct data quality.
  • General admin tasks to assist Social Workers.
  • Be expected to work on site (in the office) full time up to 12 months.
  • 37 hours per week.
  • £13.26 PAYE / £17.34 UMBRELLA per hour.
