About the role We are pleased to offer an exciting locum opportunity for experienced Team Managers and aspiring Team Managers to join Dorset Council’s Permanence Team. You will play a central role in leading excellent, restorative social work practice and supporting children in care to achieve permanence, stability, and long-term security. Our Permanence Team works with children from the conclusion of care proceedings throughout their time in care, building strong relationships and helping children reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with fostering services, commissioning teams, the Virtual School, and the Children in Care Health Team to ensure coordinated, high-quality support.
