Hours: Monday – Friday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm

Location: Bordesley Green, B9 4UA

About The Role

As a Warehouse Operative within our Outbound Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll pick and pack customer orders to the highest standards and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations. This is an active role within a busy warehouse environment, where you will spend much of your shift walking throughout the warehouse and working on your feet while picking and packing orders.

What the role involves

  • Pick and/or pack customer orders to a high-quality standard
  • Work to hourly pick/pack and quality targets
  • Walk throughout the warehouse to pick items using voice-picking headset technology
  • Ensure orders are packed securely and labelled correctly for dispatch
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and minimise errors
  • Conduct repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment

  • This role involves being on your feet for the majority of your shift
  • The role requires regular walking around the warehouse while picking orders
  • You will be working in a fast-paced operational environment with repetitive tasks
