We're Connect and we're a leading CPCAB counselling training organisation looking to add some enthusiastic, dedicated, and qualified counsellors with a passion for helping others to our growing training organisation.
The position is for a Maidstone Level 4 tutor starting in September 2025. The course will take place once a week over a two-year period (excluding school holidays).

Ideally, you will:
- Have at least two years of experience teaching the CPCAB level 2 and level 3 certificates
- Be qualified to teach and have experience teaching the CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- Be dedicated to your students, helping them achieve their aims on their counselling journey
- Be a team player and be able to maintain good working relationships with all Connect staff
- Be a qualified counsellor holding a CPCAB level 4 (preferably CPCAB level 5) qualification or above
- Be a practising counsellor in supervised practice
- Be a member of a professional association for counselling – Such as BACP
- Be open to new ideas and willing to be flexible
- Complete 30 hours of CPD activities per year
- Have a teaching qualification (such as a Level 3 award in education and training) and/or relevant teaching experience

Ability to commute/relocate: Maidstone ME14 1RP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
