About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to provide administrative and organisational support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a part-time role, worked across five days per week, offering consistency of cover while allowing flexibility in daily working hours. The SLT operates using a mix of traditional and modern working styles. The successful candidate will need to be adaptable, comfortable taking handwritten notes in meetings when required, as well as using digital systems and tools to manage information and communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide day‑to‑day admin support to members of the Senior Leadership Team
- Manage diaries, meetings, and meeting logistics
- Attend meetings as required, taking accurate notes and recording actions
- Prepare agendas, papers, and follow‑up actions
- Act as a point of contact between SLT and internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Proactively identify and complete additional administrative tasks during quieter periods
- Support wider business administration or project activity as required
