About the Role
As a Warehouse Operative - FLT Driver within our Outbound Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll pick and pack customer orders to the highest standards and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of our warehouse operations.
The role will involve:
- Operating a Bendi FLT to support outbound order movements and stock replenishment
- Assisting with picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Working across the outbound function, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time
- Supporting general warehouse duties when not on the truck, including manual handling tasks
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and safe FLT operation at all times
What we need from you:
- Valid Bendi licence is essential
- Ideally hold additional licences for HLOP and VNA (highly desirable)
- Comfortable working a role that combines FLT driving and on‑foot pick/pack work
