About The Role: As a Warehouse Operative within our Credits Team, your primary responsibility is to handle returned goods, ensuring they are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures. The role will involve:
- Accurately process returned goods, inspecting items for damage and categorising them appropriately
- Update internal systems with return details and status, ensuring traceability and transparency
- Assess returned items to determine if they are suitable for resale, refurbishment, recycling, or disposal
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records
What we need from you:
- Strong computer skills, experience with Dynamics AX would be advantageous
- Previous experience within a credit returns role
- Attention to detail
