Sales & Solutions Manager – Facilities Management Hard Services – Hybrid (London/South East) – £90-100k + commission\\n\\nWe are delighted to present this opportunity to join the Sales Solutions Team of a leading provider of Facilities Management and Workplace services.\\n\\nThe position requires someone to lead the sales solution process from prospecting through implementation, with key responsibilities being:\\n• Building custom solutions and staffing models for engineering and integrated IFM opportunities in the UK/I.\\n• Coordinating cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals\\n• Managing the RFP process and client negotiations\\n• Maintaining competitive intelligence and market knowledge\\n• Achieving specific win rate targets\\n\\nThe role demands experience in M&E and IFM solution selling with a proven track record of winning contracts wins to the value of £5 – 15million.\\n\\nKey elements of the role:\\n\\nStrategic Sales Leadership\\n\\nSolution Development & Coordination\\n\\nClient Engagement & Relationship Management\\n\\nFinancial & Commercial Management\\n\\nBusiness Intelligence & Market Knowledge\\n\\nProcess & Performance Management\\n\\nKey Performance Measures:\\n• Drive profitable YOY sales growth in technical M&E solutions\\n• Collaborate effectively to achieve team and firm objectives\\n• Coordinate solution resources across geographies for quality proposals\\n• Lead solution processes with subject matter experts to create competitive offerings\\n• Ensure financial viability and operational readiness for client requirements\\n• Facilitate smooth operational handoffs with transition and account teams\\n• Support account mobilization and maintain positive client relationships\\n• Design enterprise-level M&E solutions including organizational structure and transition planning\\n• Identify and mitigate risks in pricing, mobilization, and delivery\\n• Develop go-to-market strategies with clients for M&E service delivery
