  • Track your activity and results — this is part of the role — not optional
  • In-Store Sales Execution
    Greet and guide customers with confidence
    Diagnose needs and recommend complete solutions
    Sell mobility, accessories, protection, and TELUS Internet
    Take control of the sale from start to finish
  • Cross-Sell & Earn More
    Introduce TELUS Internet to eligible customers
    Present accessories and protection every time
    Maximise value for the customer — and your commission
  • Compensation

    • Base wage + uncapped commission

  • Typical monthly commission: $1,000 – $2,500+ based on performance
  • Typical earnings: $50,000 – $65,000
  • Top performers: $70,000 – $80,000+ (Top reps earn more by creating their own opportunities — not waiting for them)

    • You consistently generate activations and renewals
