About Us

We are a growing property and land company specialising in identifying, negotiating and securing land for our clients across the South of England. We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Land Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Crawley and play a key role in sourcing and securing new land opportunities.

The Role

This is a hands‑on role focused on finding land opportunities, building relationships and negotiating acquisitions. You will be responsible for identifying potential sites, engaging directly with landowners and agents, assessing opportunities and negotiating deals from initial contact through to agreed terms. The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with people, commercially aware and motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source off‑market and on‑market land opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with landowners and land agents.
  • Generate leads through research, networking and outbound contact.
  • Negotiate directly with landowners and vendors.
  • Prepare and submit offers.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM.
  • Attend site visits and meetings when required.
  • Develop a strong network of land agents and industry contacts.

About You

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident speaking with landowners and industry professionals.
  • Highly motivated and target‑driven.
  • Commercially aware with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable building long‑term business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
