Location: Unit 2 Milltown Industrial Estate, Upper Dromore Rd, Warrenpoint
A rewarding position which requires an individual to work flexibly and use their own initiative in a fast-moving environment. CTS are currently recruiting Heating Engineers located in the Belfast and County Down areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out gas and oil servicing
- Response maintenance as and when required
- Communicate with management and Quantity Surveyor
- Itemize the work to be carried out in customers’ dwellings and premises
- Carry out the actual work to the high-quality standards that the organization expects
- Uphold Data Protection policies
- Travel across Northern Ireland and Ireland as required
- Undertake any other duty deemed necessary by Management, to ensure the efficient running of the business
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all health & safety regulations and company policy at all times
- Report any accidents or issues regarding health & safety appropriately
- Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed
- Observe & follow all manual handling practices
As the majority of the work will be conducted in Public Sector or Housing Associations, we will require a recent Access NI certificate. CTS will perform an Access NI check as part of the on-boarding process. Having a criminal record will not necessarily bar an individual from employment. We have a policy on the secure handling, use, storage and retention of disclosure information, which is available on request and is also included in our employee handbook. - Valid CSR Card or formal Health and Safety Training
- Full UK Driving License
- Experience in construction or plumbing and heating industry
