Location: Unit 2 Milltown Industrial Estate, Upper Dromore Rd, Warrenpoint, County Down, Northern Ireland.
We are looking for a Projects Coordinator to manage planned preventative maintenance tasks, including scheduling, administration, updating asset databases, coordinating with subcontractors, site teams, and management, as well as providing Helpdesk support during absences. The role requires 5 days a week, 9am-5pm.

About The Role
- Coordinate all planned services within remit, including detailed planning with project, commercial, and other service delivery teams.
- Accurately record and maintain information necessary to provide accurate planning schedules, and resolve client, operational, and commercial queries related to planned maintenance.
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the CAFM system and relevant processes and procedures to keep all PPM data up to date – adding or amending assets, resources, and schedules.
- Support the delivery of periodic meetings with the team and client.
- Uphold Data Protection Policies.
- Perform general office duties.

- Demonstrated ability to work within a performance‑driven environment and meet KPIs within tight deadlines.
