The Mission: We are launching a critical, top-priority enterprise transformation initiative to scale our digital workforce and integrate advanced process intelligence. We are seeking a forward-thinking Lead Intelligent Automation & Process Architecture Specialist to steer the technical design and execution of this next-generation ecosystem. This is a brand-new mandate focused on bridging the gap between core RPA platforms, machine learning, and advanced natural language process discovery. The ideal architect will balance high-level strategic governance with the technical execution required to scale our production footprint past 100+ automated workflows.
Core Skillset:- Candidates must have a minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in RPA and intelligent automation architecture, with deep, referenceable expertise in the following specialized platforms:
- UiPath Automation Hub: Proven ability to build enterprise-wide lifecycle governance frameworks, structure intake pipelines, and drive prioritization metrics at scale.
- UiPath AI Center: Hands-on experience orchestrating ML-integrated automation pipelines to deliver adaptive, intelligent workflows.
- UiPath Process Mining: Practical execution of large-scale process discovery, bottleneck analysis, and data-driven automation mapping.
- UiPath Communications Mining: Experience utilizing NLP-driven automation discovery to optimize transactional and customer service workflows.
- Automation Anywhere Bot: Deep familiarity with operational analytics dashboard development, bot performance tracking, and direct ROI reporting frameworks.
