Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 basic + commission + annual bonus + benefits The Opportunity We are working with a well-established professional services business that is continuing to grow its Debt Advisory offering.

As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join the team.

This is a relationship-led B2B business development role, ideally suited to an individual with a proven track record of developing new business within Financial Services, Commercial Finance, Banking or a related professional services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing commercial opportunities, building relationships with key introducers and professional contacts, and contributing directly to the continued growth of the Debt Advisory division.

This is not a high-volume, transactional or telesales position.

We are looking for someone who understands consultative B2B sales, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and has the commercial credibility to develop long-term relationships that generate opportunities.

The Role As Business Development Executive, you will take an active role in developing the division's business development strategy and generating new revenue opportunities.
