Global Energy Trading business is now seeking a Market Risk Analyst to join their London office. This role will suit a candidate with 1-3 years energy trading risk experience keen to further develop their career.
Key duties include:
- Preparing daily, weekly and monthly market risk reports including VaR, options and stress testing.
- Analysing and quantifying the risk of the company’s portfolio across commodities and products.
- Working closely with the trading desks to explain and understand trading strategies.
Knowledge of risk metrics such as VaR, stress testing, liquidity and concentration analysis is essential.
