Van Drivers Needed – Home Deliveries

The Role:
Join a leading home delivery company based in Cribbs Causeway. This is a two-man team operation-you are never on your own.
- You drive the vehicle and lead the route.
- Your Drivers’ Mate assists with navigation, manages the delivery tablet, and helps with the heavy lifting.
- Together, you both work as a team to carry deliveries into the customer’s room of choice.
The Shift Pattern (More Days Off)
- Week 1: Monday – Friday
- Week 2: Tuesday – Saturday (Meaning you get a 3-day weekend every other week!)
What the work actually looks like:
- Deliveries: Only 18-30 drops per day (low volume = less rushing).
- Finish Time: Typically 16:00-18:00 (No late nights).
- Physical side: Yes, you will help with carrying-but with a mate splitting the load, it’s far easier than solo courier work.
- Customer Service: You are the face of a premium brand. Polite, professional, and careful with people’s homes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experienced van drivers with a valid UK driving licence.
- Reliable individuals who can commit to a 6:30 AM start – punctuality is non-negotiable.
- Physically capable candidates who are comfortable helping with manual handling.
- Friendly, professional people with a customer-first mindset – you are entering customers’ homes and representing a premium brand.
