Our Client is a small but growing team, with a fast-paced workplace culture. They offer fantastic opportunities for you to build on your career due to continued growth. Offering regular training and offices based within a 1-minute walk from Windsor & Eton Riverside train station, this is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to get into finance and further their career! Office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm.
Aim to have a complete understanding of your role and be sure to raise any queries about your responsibilities to the Collections and Retention Manager. Take ownership of your role. Manage your time effectively so that you can complete the tasks which you have ownership and have been assigned to by the Senior Credit Control Executive or the Collections and Retention Manager. Bring positive energy into the workplace and ensure you maintain a good attitude to the workload and other employees. Show confidence and professionalism when on the phone. Show pride in your work and be responsible for your own personal development, strive to be the best in what you do. Utilise the support you have around you.
