Reports to: Risk, Permanent Control & Compliance Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join an International organisation!
The Compliance Graduate assists and provides administrative support to the Compliance Manager in performing his duties relating to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Data Protection for the three legal entities within the Market.
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Studies / Business Administration / Economics / Management / Law desirable; – Min 2:1 attained within the last two years
• Knowledge of the regulatory regime and the requirements and guidance issued by the regulatory bodies is desirable;
• Ability to translate said knowledge into suggestions and recommendations to all business areas to adapt and comply with such changes;
• Ability to seek (or encourage others to seek) opportunities for different and innovative approaches to addressing organisational problems and opportunities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Practical and collaborative approach;
• Excellent Analytical and IT Skills (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.);
• Effective self-management and time management skills including the ability to quickly adapt to change
