Offering regular training this is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to get into finance and further their career! Office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm. β€’ Aim to have a complete understanding of your role and be sure to raise any queries about your responsibilities to the Collections and Retention Manager. β€’ Take ownership of your role. β€’ Manage your time effectively so that you can complete the tasks which you have ownership and have been assigned to by the Senior Credit Control Executive or the Collections and Retention Manager. β€’ Bring positive energy into the workplace and ensure you maintain a good attitude to the workload and other employees. β€’ Show confidence and professionalism when on the phone. β€’ Show pride in your work and be responsible for your own personal development, strive to be the best in what you do. β€’ Utilise the support you have around you. β€’ Excellent communication skills β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools β€’ Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail β€’ Excellent spoken and written communication skills β€’ Fluent in English β€’ At least 1 years’ experience in collections
