The Graduate Business Analyst will be part of our dynamic IT Change Team and will play a critical role in analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of successful projects and enhancements to critical business applications. The Graduate BA will report to the Business Solutions Manager day to day however will assist BA s across the team according to business needs as well as being assigned specific tasks and be expected to take full ownership to delivery.
Key measures for the role include high requirements accuracy, quality documentation, stakeholder/customer satisfaction, collaboration and communication, continuous learning and improvement and adaptability/flexibility with an overall focus on fast and effective delivery of enhancements to IT systems/services/applications change overall.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements management software, data analysis tools, and process modelling.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and analysis.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive mind-set with a passion for learning and professional growth.
Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and reporting tools is a plus.
