Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support
- Be the first port of call to answer all inbound or outbound calls.
- Guide customers through the application process where required.
- Conduct Introductory Calls to gain further information around the purpose of their loan request.
- Inputting data into our custom-built management platform, as the applicant speaks with you.
- You will be required to review financial accounts and bank statements to build an indicative offer for the broker.
- Management of ongoing leads and new applications as well as taking on new applications.
