An opportunity has arisen to join an expanding Financial Services company. We are looking for highly motivated individuals, who are eager to progress and have great communication skills. The Broker Support Representative is integral to enhancing and supporting the Broker Management team in the strategic execution and operational efficiency of managing Broker relations and getting deals over the line.
Your responsibilities will focus on being the central point within the office-based team to field broker queries, chase loan application cases and the information required to get these over the line, managing administrative tasks, maintaining our in-house platform system, and assisting in the education of brokers on the panel in light of enhancing the number of leads converted into deals produced.
You will contribute to expanding the broker base and increasing revenue by supporting the Broker Management team's ambitious growth targets, being a first point of contact for brokers calling inbound for updates on their deals and backfilling any administrative tasks delegated to you by the Broker Management team.
Must have qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years of experience in a support function or account administration, preferably within a sales environment in the financial services sector or brokerage.
- Demonstrated experience in managing administrative tasks and supporting senior roles.
- Excellent organisational skills.
