Backed by industry leaders Balfour Beatty, Atkins, and Egis, CPS operates and maintains the M25 – the busiest and most complex stretch of motorway in Europe.

Based at our Dartford office, you’ll be at the heart of delivering vital highways schemes, overseeing the management of critical assets including the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge and Dartford Tunnels. From inception through to delivery, you’ll lead multiple projects that keep the capital moving – and leave a lasting legacy.

  2. Building Strong Connections: Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders – from internal teams and clients to contractors and designers – bringing people together to drive project success.
  3. Driving Delivery: Partner with our planning team to manage detailed P6 programmes, with a sharp focus on critical path activities and timely delivery.
  4. Commercial Awareness: Collaborate closely with our commercial team to manage cost plans, quotations, forecasting, and invoicing – helping us deliver value as well as results.
  5. Ensuring Excellence: Commission and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure quality, budget, and timeline goals are consistently met.
  6. Upholding Standards: Follow robust governance processes, preparing documentation and clear presentations for key project gateways and approvals.
  7. Making an Impact: Play a key role in contributing to our wider M25 community, sustainability commitments, and long-term business objectives.

Whether you’re passionate about infrastructure, people, progress – or all three – this is a role where your work matters.

Working arrangements:

  • Ability and willingness to travel to other offices for meetings on the network as and when required.
  • Periodic requirement for site visits (night shift H&S audit)
