What You’ll Be Doing

Who We’re Looking For – Key Requirements
We’re seeking a motivated, safety-first leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for infrastructure excellence. To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- A recognised Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Experience maintaining HV/LV systems, pumps, and safety systems—ideally in highways or tunnel environments
- Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards in a highways context
- Confidence using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, or equivalent tools
- A current UK driving licence
- A proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams
- Clear and confident verbal communication skills to engage all levels of the team
- Ability to write effective briefings, handovers, and accurate records
