KEY ROLES

Electrical Technician / Engineers:

  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds)
  • Fault-finding using schematic drawings
  • All-round experience in Electrical Maintenance
  • Current Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
  • Knowledge and experience of generators and switchgear up to 11KV (Desirable)

Mechanical Technician / Engineers:

  • Recognised Mechanical Qualification/Apprenticeship
  • Routine maintenance and repairs to a wide range of equipment, including pumps and fans
  • Practical maintenance or servicing experience on mechanical plants
  • Problem-solving and fault-finding with reference to maintenance manuals and drawings
  • All-round experience in welding, plumbing, and manufacturing items using workshop machinery

Electronics/Technology Technician / Engineers:

  • Qualified to HNC or B/TEC Higher National Certificate in electronics/telecommunications engineering (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of NH communications infrastructure and standards
  • Experience in routine maintenance and repairs to a wide range of electronics/technology equipment
  • Practical maintenance or servicing experience with extensive knowledge of computer/logic control systems
  • Fault-finding using schematic drawings
