Our client based in Rochester are seeking 4 LGV drivers class 1 for their site in Rochester Kent. These are permanent roles with contracts offered immediately.
The role: You will be driving trucks from the depot to client's depots to pick up and deliver fresh food, normally you will be able to do this in one day. However, if you need to stay out then an allowance will be paid.
You will have:
- A LGV class 1 licence with at least 1 years experience
- A PSV licence would be an advantage or the willingness to undertake the training which will be funded.
- Understanding of and adherence to health and safety protocols and food hygiene standards.
What our client will offer: Pay will be £17.90 for the first 40hrs then £22.37 after 40hrs with a minimum of 55hrs per week. 5 on and 1 off then 5 on and 2 off. With 1 in 12 full weekends off.
