Our client is seeking an Engineering/Technical Graduate to support the Senior Product Manager in looking after and compiling a digital specification guide for all products produced on site.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate technical product data, managing product changes within SAP, and ensuring the integrity of information across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and update master data within SAP, including bills of materials, routings, production versions, technical spec classifications and other key product attributes.
  • Assess the impact of product changes on SAP data and supply chain processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and completeness of product data.
  • Support development teams during new product introductions by preparing and managing SAP data.
  • Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to coordinate and implement product updates.
  • Assist the product management team in fulfilling requests for technical data, including sustainability information, packaging details and ensuring product images/drawings are available on SAP.
  • Maintain high standards for product information quality in line with customer expectations.
  • Contribute energy and focus to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Self‑motivated with a proven ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with at least 2 years of experience using SAP in a relevant role.
  • A good understanding of technical or electrical products.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Minimum two years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Degree level in Production Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
