We are working with our client to recruit experienced Machine operators for their site in Rochester, Kent. Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
You will be operating food production machines, so experience in this area is essential. You will also make sure that all breakdowns are reported quickly and workers are deployed to other areas of the business. You are acting as team leaders in this instance.
You will also be completing paperwork and keeping the work areas clean and tidy. You will be leading a team of people, so people skills are important.
