Location: Medway Connect is recruiting experienced Machine Operators on behalf of a fast-growing and innovative manufacturing company.

The Role As a Machine Operator, you will play an important part in the production process, ensuring machinery operates efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Full training will be provided on the company's equipment.
Your responsibilities will include
- Operating and setting production machinery
- Monitoring production to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Carrying out routine quality checks and recording production information.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. What's on Offer
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Night Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 6:00am
- Weekly PAYE pay.
