Our client is seeking a Market place Fullfillment Supervisor for their family firm based in Dartford.

As they continue to grow across online marketplaces and retail channels, they are looking for someone who shares their values of teamwork, trust, respect and continuous learning.

Your Key Responsibilities 1.

Lead the Marketplace Fulfilment team, coordinate workloads, and support the day-to-day performance of the team. 2.

Act as the Factory Manager s right-hand person, helping coordinate warehouse activities and maintain high operational standards. 3.

Take ownership of the complete marketplace fulfilment process, ensuring every order is picked, packed, labelled, and dispatched accurately and on time. 4.

Ensure marketplace collections are achieved each day by adapting to changing priorities and collection times when required. 5.

Manage marketplace returns (reverse logistics), ensuring returned stock is processed accurately and efficiently. 6.

Support stock replenishment, regular stock takes, and inventory accuracy. 7.

Work alongside the wider warehouse team operating production machinery, loading vehicles, and supporting manufacturing activities as required. 8.
