The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Our client is seeking an experienced Lightning Protection Engineer also known as a Lightning conductor Engineer to install a variety of lightning protection and earthing installations. These range from basic to highly complex installations and can range from installing in supermarkets, flats, schools, hospitals, power stations, and chemical works.

Duties:

  • Reading from technical drawings
  • Working at height
  • Installation equipment
  • Ensuring the working environment is safe
  • Protecting historic buildings
  • Earthing of military equipment
  • Working with trades such as electricians to protect computer and electronic equipment

Hours of work: 40 hours Monday to Friday, normally starting at 6am. Must be able to get to North London for 6am.

Essential:

  • Driving licence
  • Able to work at height
  • Previous experience essential
