Main duties: You will be responsible for Quality Assurance and Food Safety standards, management of the site HACCP programme and the ongoing development and implementation of systems compatible with the requirements of the SALSA food standard and BRC global standards. You will also be responsible for:
- Management of the HACCP methods
- Development and implementation of systems compatible with BRC global standard and Salsa
- NPD, sourcing new ingredients, trials etc.
- Product Labelling
- Control of sending samples to the lab in order to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Understanding of BRC global standards
- Understanding of SALSA
- Knowledge of HACCP methods
- Strong QA experience minimum of 1 year
- Food qualified with Health and Safety qualifications
