- Development: Train new staff and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in food production (leadership experience preferred).
- Compliance: Strong knowledge of Health & Safety/HACCP; Food Safety Level 2 (Level 3 preferred).
- Skills: IT proficient, excellent communication, and a focus on quality.
