Connect Personnel is delighted to be working with our client to recruit an experienced Warehouse Manager for their Dartford operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong background in either the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing/distribution sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a warehouse team, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance, quality, and customer service.
The Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will lead a small but essential team within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring products are processed, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced people manager with strong leadership skills
- Computer literate and confident using warehouse management systems
- Process driven with excellent organisational abilities
- Proactive and open to implementing new ideas and improvements
- Able to motivate and develop a team to achieve operational objectives
- Experienced within a pharmaceutical, food production, or similarly regulated environment
