About the Role
This position involves assembly and manufacture of life-support equipment, including both assembly and testing within a quality-controlled system.
You will join a small, skilled team where training is thorough and precision is essential.

No experience with medical devices is required — all processes will be trained on-site from start to finish. Even experience with our specific products is not an advantage, as everyone is trained regardless.

Progression Path
This is not an entry-level role in the long term, but it\’s the ideal opportunity for someone trainable to join our production team and move towards more skilled responsibilities. We perform all our training in-house — full, role-appropriate instruction is provided.

Hours & Pay

  • ~39 hours/week: Mon–Thu 7:30–16:30, Fri 7:30–12:00
  • No part-time or temporary work available
  • Starting pay above the Living Wage, with increases as skills and training progress

Start Date
We are looking to hire quickly and aim to bring successful candidates into the team as soon as possible.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
