You’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal departments, and work closely with the Account Director to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p p br /p p strong Client Partnership Strategy: /strong /p ul li Build trusted, long-term client relationships as their influencer marketing expert. /li li Translate client goals into actionable, insight-led campaign strategies. /li li Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and measurable impact. /li li Partner with the Account Director to shape and execute client roadmaps. /li /ul p br /p p strong Campaign Management Delivery /strong /p ul li Lead the full campaign lifecycle - from briefing and influencer selection to reporting and analysis. /li li Deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards. /li li Collaborate cross-functionally (Creative, Strategy, Talent, Operations, Finance) to ensure flawless delivery. /li /ul p br /p p strong Client Servicing Communication /strong /p ul li Lead confident, proactive client communications and performance updates. /li li Present insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction. /li li Deliver weekly “account MOTs” to the Account Director, highlighting wins and risks. /li /ul p br /p p strong Reporting, Insights Proposals /strong /p ul li Lead reporting and extract meaningful insights that drive future success. /li li Run internal wash-ups to identify learnings and optimise delivery. /li li Contribute to creative, data-informed proposals and pitch decks. /li /ul p br /p p strong Team Leadership Development /strong /p ul li Guide and mentor Account Executives and Managers, fostering confidence and capability. /li li Provide constructive feedback and uphold excellence across client deliverables. /li li Encourage collaboration, curiosity, and knowledge sharing within the team. /li /ul p br /p p strong Account Growth Performance /strong /p ul li Achieve account growth KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction. /li li Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships. /li /ul p br /p p strong What You Bring /strong /p ul li 3-6 years of experience in influencer, social, or creative account management. /li li Deep understanding of the creator economy and creator partnerships. /li li Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder. /li li Commercial awareness with confidence managing budgets and growth targets. /li /ul p br /p p strong What Success Looks Like /strong /p ul li Clients view you as an indispensable strategic partner. /li li Campaigns consistently exceed performance goals. /li li Your team feels supported, motivated, and aligned. /li /ul p br /p p strong What you can expect /strong /p p br /p p Youll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where theres always a great atmosphere and a social vibe.
