About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded LinkedIn Content Executive to own and grow the LinkedIn presence of Connect Management and our Senior Leadership Team. This role is focused entirely on LinkedIn. You'll create engaging content, stay on top of industry trends, identify opportunities to join relevant conversations, and ensure our leaders consistently build their personal brands while positioning Connect as a market leader. You'll work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to turn ideas, meetings, achievements and industry news into engaging content that drives awareness, credibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- LinkedIn Content Management
- Own the day-to-day management of Connect Management's LinkedIn presence.
- Manage and schedule LinkedIn content across all Senior Leadership Team profiles.
- Write engaging posts that reflect each leader's individual voice and expertise.
- Develop a consistent posting schedule and content calendar.
- Repurpose internal updates, company wins and client successes into engaging LinkedIn content.
- Content Creation
- Write high-quality thought leadership posts.
- Turn meetings, podcasts, presentations and conversations into engaging content.
- Create carousels, graphics and simple visual content where appropriate.
- Ensure all content reflects Connect's tone of voice and brand.
- Industry Research
- Stay up to date with creator economy, influencer marketing, talent management and social media trends.
- Monitor competitors and industry leaders.
- Identify trending topics and opportunities for Connect to join relevant conversations.
- Suggest proactive content ideas based on current events and industry developments.
- Personal Brand Management
- Support the Senior Leadership Team by planning content ideas.
- Capturing achievements and company milestones.
- Drafting LinkedIn posts.
- Maintaining consistency across all profiles.
- Increasing visibility and engagement.
- Analytics & Performance
- Monitor LinkedIn performance and engagement.
- Produce monthly reports highlighting growth, engagement and top-performing content.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Minimum of 1 year's experience managing LinkedIn content for a business or personal brand.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices.
- Passion for content creation and storytelling.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong commercial awareness.
Desirable
- Experience within influencer marketing, talent management, PR, marketing or social media.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience scheduling content through social media management platforms.
- Photography or basic video editing skills.
