THE ROLE
As Campaign & Talent Manager, you’ll join Connect Academy, working closely with micro-creators at the start of their content creation journey. You’ll take ownership of both campaign delivery and talent relationships within Connect Academy. This is a hands-on, people-first role that blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution. You’ll lead campaigns end-to-end, manage and mentor talent and play a key role in shaping the growth and culture of the Academy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Management
- Lead and oversee campaigns from briefing to delivery
- Manage client communication, timelines, and expectations
- Ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly and to a high standard
- Manage day-to-day relationships across the Academy talent roster
- Ensure talent are supported and operations run smoothly (including external events)
- Support vetting and seamless onboarding of talent into the Academy
- Lead monthly 1:1 strategy sessions with talent
- Guide social media growth, content planning and long-term creator development
- Work closely with the Academy Director to support team growth
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Support the planning of quarterly workshops delivering education and value
- Contribute to the growth of Connect Academy’s Instagram and social presence
NICE TO HAVES
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing or brand campaigns
- Confident managing campaigns and talent relationships independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
You’ll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there’s always a great atmosphere and a social vibe. Our office hours are 9:30 to 5:30, and we’re in the office five days a week, so you’ll quickly become an integral part of the team and dive right in from day one.
