About The Role
As a Campaign Executive, you will play a key role in the end-to-end process - from campaign execution, talent management throughout the campaign, client relationship support, and post-campaign analysis. You will work across multiple projects at once, supporting senior team members, liaising with talent and talent agencies, and helping to ensure everything runs smoothly and to the highest possible standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Confident supporting the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns across multiple clients.
- Comfortable managing timelines and deliverables, with a sharp eye for detail and process.
- Able to review content critically and provide clear, constructive feedback to creators and talent agencies.
- Data-literate and comfortable with collecting, inputting, and interpreting creator performance metrics.
- Strong on organisation and internal communications; you know how to keep teams aligned.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with talent and agency partners.
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once, staying calm under pressure and delivering high-quality work on time.
- Support senior team members, liaise with talent/talent agencies, and help to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or a similar agency environment (PR, creative, digital).
- A strong understanding of influencer marketing and key social metrics (impressions, reach, engagement, etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and juggling multiple deadlines.
- Experience working with influencer platforms (e.g. Captiv8, TTCM) is a plus.
