Senior Account ManagerAs a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for your clients - ensuring campaigns run seamlessly, deliver measurable results, and exceed expectations. You’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal departments, and work closely with the Account Director to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships as their influencer marketing expert.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and measurable impact.
- Partner with the Account Director to shape and execute client roadmaps.
- Lead the full campaign lifecycle - from briefing and influencer selection to reporting and analysis.
- Deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Creative, Strategy, Talent, Operations, Finance) to ensure flawless delivery.
- Lead confident, proactive client communications and performance updates.
- Deliver weekly “account MOTs” to the Account Director, highlighting wins and risks.
- Lead reporting and extract meaningful insights that drive future success.
- Contribute to creative, data-informed proposals and pitch decks.
- Guide and mentor Account Executives and Managers, fostering confidence and capability.
- Achieve account growth KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction.
