The Role
As a Brand & Talent Executive at Connect Academy, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting the growth of emerging creators across our micro-creator roster. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves managing multiple sales initiatives, working closely with talent and brand partners, and ensuring smooth execution across all touchpoints. You’ll report directly to the Academy Director, offering day-to-day support to our talent while identifying opportunities for growth. We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident juggling sales activity, talent interactions, and client relationships - all in support of our mission to empower the next generation of creators. This is a full time on site role.

You’ll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there’s always a great atmosphere and a social vibe. Our office hours are 9:30 to 5:30, and we’re in the office five days a week, so you’ll quickly become an integral part of the team and dive right in from day one.
