Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 P/A

Hours: Full time (09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish Friday)

Location: North London (office-based role)

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and open-minded Campaign & Talent Executive to join Connect Academy, our new micro talent division dedicated to empowering the next generation of creators and rising stars.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of emerging talent, working closely with both creators and brands on dynamic campaigns. You’ll manage day-to-day relationships with the biggest global brands and talent, keeping everything on track and maximising opportunities.

You’ll report directly to the Academy Director, working together to provide guidance and support to Academy talent, ensuring their success in campaigns and beyond.

What we are looking for

A super-organised individual who’s a pro at managing time and staying on top of things

A solutions master who thinks quickly on their feet and tackles challenges head-on

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-obsessed and an admin whiz

Someone who can work independently but also thrives in a team environment

A solid grasp of the social media landscape and the latest trends (you know what’s hot)

A self-starter who takes the initiative and isn’t afraid to own projects and make things happen!

Nice to Haves:

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing

A passion (or experience) for social media, from planning content to scheduling posts and keeping the engagement flowing!

You\’ll be working at our young, vibrant, and energetic office, where there\’s always a great atmosphere and a social vibe. Our office hours are 9:30 to 5:30, and we\’re in the office five days a week, so you\’ll quickly become an integral part of the team and dive right in from day one.
