Job Title: Academy Brand & Talent Executive (SALES)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 P/A + commission structure
Level: 1+ year experience
Hours: Full time (09:30-17:30 Monday-Friday with an early finish Friday)
Location: North London (office-based role)

The Role
As a Brand & Talent Executive at Connect Academy, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance and supporting the growth of emerging creators across our micro-creator roster. This fast-paced, hands-on role involves managing multiple sales initiatives, working closely with talent and brand partners, and ensuring smooth execution across all touchpoints.
You’ll report directly to the Academy Director, offering day-to-day support to our talent while identifying opportunities for growth. We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, and confident juggling sales activity, talent interactions, and client relationships – all in support of our mission to empower the next generation of creators.
This is a full time on site role.
What we are looking for
Strong networking and relationship-building skills and ability to outreach
A confident lead managing campaigns and sales from start to finish
Strong problem-solver focused on client and talent success
Excellent relationship-builder with clients, talent, and partners
Data-driven with the ability to analyse performance and offer insights
Organised and proactive, managing schedules, logistics, and event support
Nice to Haves:
1+ year of experience in influencer marketing
Knowledge of the influencer marketing industry especially within Micro talent
Ability to travel as required for shoots, meetings, and events.
