The role
You will lead a specialist team handling a high volume of statutory infrastructure agreements for a national planning and environmental practice, mainly Section 278 and Section 38 Highways Act agreements and Section 104 Water Industry Act agreements, plus related documents. You will supervise and support the team, check agreements for legal accuracy against legislation and local policy, manage scheduling and completions, keep files compliant and well run, and look after client relationships.
What you will need
- Proven experience managing a team and supervising transactional casework.
- Experience of statutory agreements.
- Strong file management and organisation, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative, can do approach.
- Client focus and commercial awareness.
